Grazing tables have truly become the modern-day catering for large events, parties, weddings, and entertaining. The Details

Grazing tables are available for a minimum of 50 people and pricing begins at $850 plus an additional delivery and setup fee. However, we offer many other options for ANY size event. When filling out the form below, please make sure you include as much information about your special event as you can. This will help us determine your needs and get us started creating a stunning display for your event.

Grazing Table Questions

How long does it take to setup?

The time it takes can vary depending on the size of your table. This will be discussed with you at the time of booking but can take anywhere from 45 mins to 1 1/2 hours. The table and area where the table will be setup will need to be ready to go on our arrival.

Can the table be setup outside?

The table will need to be in a cool, shady or air-conditioned area ensuring that the grazing table is not in direct sunlight. It can most definitely be setup outside but there will be other factors such as wind, fly’s etc that might need to be considered. During the summer months we recommend inside.

Do you stay to serve and clear?

Once the table has been setup it is left for you and your guests to enjoy until the pack down time. If you were wanting staff to man and look after the table during the grazing period, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

How long can the graze be enjoyed for?

Due to the potential food safety risks involved, it is not recommended that the graze be left out for longer than 4 hours from setup time.While our serving portions are generous, they are intended to supplement a light meal.
